Positions
Tony Ferguson Clinic Manager
Manages the sales, operations, customer service and personnel functions of the Centre. Is responsible for the ongoing training and development of the Centre staff, ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.
Tony Ferguson Consultant
Partners with clients to guide and support them through the weight management process during weekly one-on-one consultations. Initiates follow-up phone contact with clients to monitor progress. Sells products and Program options to clients based on their individual needs.
Tony Ferguson/Terry White Category and Consultation Manager
- Identify opportunities to increase sales in store via cross networking categories, increased registration and/or prolonged retention.
- Responsible for the ordering process and maintenance of inventory at retail
- Ensures staff within the store are adequately trained, knowledgeable and motivated in our program.
- Maintains relationships with our customers and provides excellent service and follow up
- Identifies, Targets, Qualifies and Convert increased product sales.
- Ensure prime location of our convenience products at all times
- Execution of National marketing initiatives – Identify increased visual and execution at store level.
- Improves, plans, maintains and set budgets and executes local area marketing including ROI and cost analysis.
