Tony Ferguson Weight Management Program – Australia & New Zealand
Tony Ferguson “Beat Junk Thinking” Competition - 13th Feb – 30th of March, 2012
- Information on how to participate in the “The Tony Ferguson Beat Junk Thinking Competition” forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the “Tony Ferguson Beat Junk Thinking Competition” participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The promoter refers to the Tony Ferguson Licensing Trust of 4 Production Place, Penrith, NSW, 2750, Australia ACN 116 309 212.
- The prizes refers to a total prize pool of valued at $10.5K AU ($12.5K NZ), including 5 grand prizes of “Vitamix Blenders” valued at $995 AU ($1295 NZ), 5 X $500AU ($600 NZ) vouchers and 30 X $100 ($120 NZD) vouchers. All prices include GST where applicable.
- This competition is a game of skill.
- The competition is valid at 12:01 am AEDST on 13/02/2012 and finishes at 11:59 pm AEDST on 30/03/2012 (Promotional Period). Entries must be received in store or online during the promotional period. Any entries received after the close date will not be counted in the competition. No extensions will be given under any circumstances.
- This competition is open to permanent residents of Australia & New Zealand over the age of 18 including members of the Tony Ferguson Weight Management Program. The competition excludes practicing Tony Ferguson Weight Management Consultants – Australia & New Zealand and employees of Tony Ferguson Licensing Trust including their family members.
- To enter:
a. Consumers must tell us in 25 words or less – What is your example of “Junk Thinking”?
b. Return your completed entry form in store or online via www.facebook/beatjunkthinking and include your full name, address, daytime phone number, member number (if applicable) and email address. - One entry per participant.
- All entries will be judged individually on their merits.
- The winning entries will be awarded with a prize. 1 grand prize, 1 voucher valued at $500AU ($600 NZ), 6 vouchers valued at $100 ($120 NZ) will be awarded in each of the following states/territories and/or country.
i. NSW / ACT
ii. VIC / TAS
iii. QLD
iv. SA / WA / NT
v. NZ - Prizes will be awarded on originality and creativity. The best entries as determined by the judges, will win a prize.
- Judging will take place from 3:00pm (AEDT) on 30/04/2012 at Tony Ferguson Licensing Trust, 4 Production Place, Penrith, NSW, 2750. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Tony Ferguson Licensing Trust. The judge’s decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified by phone and writing from 14/05/2012.
- The promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged or manipulated in any way.
- The prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. In the event that a product becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter will substitute with a prize of equal or greater value. This includes substituting vouchers with a voucher of same value that can be used in the New Zealand market for winners residing in New Zealand.
- Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. The name and photograph of the winner may be used for promotional or educational purposes by the Promoter, unless the winner otherwise notifies the Promoter at the time of accepting the prize.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of entering this competition, accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Once the prize has left the Promoters premises the Promoter is not responsible for late or damage sustained during the delivery of the prize.
