Weight loss questions
How does the Program help me lose weight?
Our Program works by reducing your intake of calories and carbohydrates. This helps your body start using fat as a primary source of fuel, helping you spend more time each day burning stored fat.
There's no calorie counting or complex meal routines just two simple phases to our Program. Tony Ferguson Weightloss and Tony Ferguson Progress. Tony Ferguson Weightloss is designed so you safely lose as much weight as possible in the amount of time you chose to stay on this phase. Then when you're ready to move to Tony Ferguson Progress, we start to introduce your favourite foods back into your diet so you have a higher likelihood of keeping up your weightloss momentum and reaching your goal.
No program works without support, so we have a team of dieticians, nutritionists, pharmacists and professionally trained staff ready to answer your every query.

Tony Ferguson Progress Questions
What is Tony Ferguson Progress?
Tony Ferguson Progress takes the latest thinking in food psychology and turns it into a practical, easy-to-follow weight loss strategy. If you're being held back by an attachment to a favourite comfort food, this phase will teach you how to include it into your diet in a sustainable way, without falling off the wagon. Progress will also teach you how to eat your favourite foods as part of a healthy diet which will enable you to change your food habits and control your weight for life.
When do I go on the Progress phase?
Experience has shown us that you should not wait more than 4 weeks to move to Progress. It is around this time that most people will start to miss some of their favourite foods and more importantly, you need to start creating a healthy relationship with food.....including those foods that may have caused you to gain weight. You can always move back to Weightloss again, but many of our customers have found that the Progress Program is more sustainable and remain on this phase for the duration of their journey it's your choice!
How do I use my Script?
Initially your practitioner will allocate an amount of food you love that will be so little you can still lose weight, but is still enough to stop the cravings. Later, you will learn to allocate your own favouite foods.
Can I change my Script?
The Script from your practitioner will be trialled for a week or so and then reviewed. Often the food allocated, the amount, the timing or frequency needs to be varied. This will become clear after a week or two.
Can I still lose weight on the Progress phase?
Yes! Progress is still a highly effective weight loss strategy. You are incorperating many of the same healthy eating principles as the Weightloss phase and will replace at least one meal per day with our Tony Ferguson meal replacements. Many customers find that they lose more weight on this phase because it is more suitable for their lifestyle and allows them to have some of their favourite foods meaning they do not feel deprived and tempted to stray on the Program. Why not try it for yourself.
NB: Consult your doctor or healthcare professional for advice before starting on a weight loss program.
